GLAMFEST Laneway Festival is a multi-component project reflecting on the many different histories that make Broken Hill the place it is today.

Throughout 2022 GLAMFEST has commissioned a range of contemporary arts projects to celebrate and interpret Broken Hill's unique heritage.  Nine artists and musicians have collaborated with Broken Hill community museums to research and respond to the town's stories as remembered through objects and archival material.  These stories will be brought to life through site-specific artworks created for the Laneway Festival.

Lights on  Laneway: from dusk, Saturday 8 April 2023

Gawler Place will come to life from dusk as the laneway is lit up with projection artworks, live music performances, local food vendors, art market and more!

Stay tuned for the Program.
